With it's strong upright form, Gorizia will look tidy in a mixed container or herb bed. It can be used in topiaries or even hedges. Fresh or dried leaves add a pungent, savory flavor to meat, soup or stews. Even a small amount adds loads of flavor, making it perfect for flavoring oils and vinegars. Gorizia Rosemary thrives in the worst conditions, taking dry and infertile soils in stride. To harvest just take tip cuttings and chop finely for herbal use or use your fingers and strip off the massive leaves off an entire branch by running pinched fingers from tip to base of the stem.
