At Ellington Agway, we strive to accommodate our consumer & commercial-based customers with fast, quality service and 100% satisfaction. We know how important it is to have your equipment repaired quickly and efficiently so that you experience as little down time as possible.
Our Service Department is open Monday thru Friday to meet your needs.
Our team of factory-trained technicians is on-site to provide service and repair to most any make or model. We offer convenient pick-up and delivery to most local communities, as well as convenient Service at Home with our Mobile Maintenance Station. We service all of southern New England, Western Massachusetts, Ellington and surrounding communities including (but not limited to) Vernon, Tolland, South Windsor, East Windsor, Granby, Windsor Locks, Stafford, Union, Ashford, Coventry, Manchester, Bolton, Willington, Enfield, Somers, and East Longmeadow. ALL OTHER TOWNS: $70 flat fee + $3.00 per mile
Flatbed Transportation: $115 flat fee + $4.00 per mile
General Terms for Pick-Up & Delivery Services
- At your request, we will pick up equipment without you being present, but you do so at your own risk.
- Please remove bagging equipment or other bulky attachments prior to pick-up unless issue with unit is the attachment.
- Prices assume equipment is easily accessible.
- Manufacturers do not pay for transportation as part of their warranty.
- Additional fees may be required for special handling circumstances such as: riders with locked wheels, equipment stuck in yards, sheds or ditches, or other unusual situations.
- Please inform Service Writer in advance so we may send the proper personnel and equipment.

Mower Blade Sharpening & Tire Repair
Straight Blade: $11.00
Mulching Blade: $13.00
Tire Repair: $18.00 labor + cost of tube (varies by size)
Tire Cleaning: $10 (additional fee if tire seal is used)
Chain Saw Chain Sharpening
OFF SAW up to 20": $12.00
OFF SAW 21" - 36": $13.50
OFF SAW 41" & over: $15.00
ON SAW (up to 20"): $20.00
Recoil Repair
Regular Recoil Repair: $20.00
EZ Start & Side Pull Recoir Repair: $25.00
Hedge Trimmer Blade Sharpening
Up to 24" Blade: $40.00
Over 24" Blade: $50.00
A $5.00 per day fee will be applied to all work orders if equipment is not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 14 days of service completion. Equipment not picked up or scheduled for delivery after 30 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
